You have been tasked with writing a report for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for the sake of detailing the current state of discrimination and inequality in your own industry
Industry: Banking/Personal Banker/ Manager
Answer the following questions:
Question 1: What kinds of discrimination exist in your industry? How does this discrimination manifest itself? In what aspects and levels of the industry is it most prevalent? Which groups are the ones who are primarily subjected to this discriminatory behavior? Provide a grade (between A and F, with A being the best and F being the worst) for how rampant and severe the discrimination within your industry is. Justify this grade with convincing reasons.
Question 2: In what way(s) are these discriminatory practices within your own industry caused or maintained by wider social practices and/or commonly held prejudices?
Question 3: What, if anything, can corporations in your industry do to counteract these wider social practices and/or commonly held prejudices?
