Assignment: Interview Questions
Instructions: Fill out your answer to the following most asked interview questions. Your coach will use this to help prepare you for an actual interview.
Each answer should be a minimum of a paragraph long (4-5 sentences). Ensure to use examples where applicable, be specific, and relate a story that answers the underlying concern of the employer.
1) Tell me about yourself?
2) What is your greatest weakness?
3) Describe an incident where you had a disagreement or clash with someone at work/school. What happened and how did you resolve it?
4) Tell me about a cross-cultural experience that you found to be difficult. How did you handle it and what did you learn from it?
5) What kind of salary are you looking for? How do you justify that amount?
6) Tell me about a time you had to use your leadership skills?
7) Do you prefer working in a group or alone?
8) Do you think you would be successful working on a team? Why?
9) What classes have you taken at Pepperdine that you feel will be the most valuable to you in this type of position, and why?
10) If you are an F-1 International student, then do you need sponsorship now or in the future? If you are not an F-1 International student, then please write "Not applicable".
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
