1) Look at your chosen product/service, how are they positioning it with their competitors?
2) How are they branding it?
3) What kind of marketing do they do with their product/service? Portfolio, marketing mix, etc.
4) What kind of promotions are they doing right now to retain customers and gain new ones during COVID?
5) How about pricing strategies? How are they pricing their product/service?
6) What are their price objectives? Low to gain new customers or high to gain branding differentiation?
