One of the approaches to strategic HR planning begins with corporate strategy. In this approach, corporate strategy leads to HR strategy. Reflect on RRC's 2022-2026 strategic plan and think about what might be included in a strategic HR plan for the college.

III. Select one of the high-level "commitments" in the 2022-2026 strategic plan - transforming the learning model, commit to truth and reconciliation or deepen partnerships. Each commitment has associated priorities and key outcomes.
