Are all of the formalities, technicalities, and regulations worth the benefits that a corporation can provide? Does it depend on the circumstances or the kind of business involved? If the usefulness of a corporation depends on circumstances or the kind of business involved, what circumstances would justify using a corporation to operate a business? What kind of business would justify a corporation?
