The purpose of this homework is to help you independently analyze the collaborative learning team; heighten team awareness; help the team to deal with issues such as communication, change, and leadership; predict problems; and design interventions. Using Microsoft Word, compose a 1,000 to 1,500 words analysis your learning team's strengths, weaknesses, and potential conflicts. As you consider this homework, these questions should be answered:
i. What did the team do well?
ii. What did the team do less well?
iii. What did the team need to do more of?
iv. What did the team need to do less of?
v. What kind of activities frustrated some members? Helped some members?
vi. Were there interpersonal conflicts between team members?
vii. What were the main areas of conflict between team members?
viii. What are the steps for resolution your team followed when conflicts developed between team members?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
