Assignment task: Timboon Fine Ice cream is a relative newcomer in the premium ice cream market producing high-quality ice cream at the owners' dairy farm outside Timboon, Victoria. The company has 24 ice cream flavours ranging from the traditional (Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate) to the more exotic (Rum & Raisin, Whisky Cream and Lime & Coconut) and 3 sorbet flavours. Products include 500ml take-home tubs which are available in a limited number of IGA and Coles supermarkets; and scoop tubs range which is sold in cones or cups in cafes, food stores and other outlets generally along the Great Ocean Road. The company also has ice cream vans available for events. There is an old-style vintage caravan typically hired for private events; and a branded trailer caravan for public events such as Farmers' Markets, School fetes, and Festivals. The company wants to increase their distribution so it are looking to increase brand awareness amongst consumers and brand preference within the premium ice cream market.
