A mid-level manager at ABC Company monitors the Facebook pages of his employees. He notices that one of the employees has posted disturbing and derogatory comments about an immediate supervisor. The employee is also posting negative comments about the company.
Other posts on the employee's Facebook page include pictures of the employee at parties with the immediate supervisor.
The employee's Facebook page also includes links to a local union organizing at the company.
The goal is to recognize ‘red flag' issues.
