Assignment: Reflection Paper
Write a brief, reflective essay (minimum of 500 words) with the following three sections:
I. Write your personal thoughts about the main concepts of the Cheung-Judge (2012) article, and identify personal traits.
II. Relate these main concepts to your preliminary ideas for the Unit VIII Final Project (e.g., organizational need for change and type of organizational change).
III. What issues and strategies might you focus on and develop a plan for in the Final Project (due in Unit VIII)? How would you, as leader, play a role?
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
