i. Identify three University resources that you will use to be successful in your coursework, including the University of Phoenix Help Desk for technical issues.
ii. Communication with Instructor: What is your plan to proactively reach out to the Instructor with any questions about homeworks and scheduling needs? How is your proactive communication a part of your counselor professional disposition?
iii. Scheduling Resources: How will you utilize scheduling resources to ensure you are successful in completing homeworks, including scheduling the time/date/link of the required counseling recording practices, also including the session with the Instructor? -
iv. How will addressing each support your attainment of academic and professional goals?
v. Be sure to specifically cite the American Counseling Association (ACA) Code of Ethics, University of Phoenix Professional Dispositions rubric (you can find this in your CCMH/502 course).
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
