Assignment: Journal Entry: Feedback on the Speech
In this assignment, you will present a draft of your speech to your assigned team for feedback.
When presenting your speech, you will have an opportunity to make significant changes to your presentation and content before submitting it to the instructor. Often, you are so focused on your own work that you may overlook key details about your topic. A peer-review activity from your assigned team will help you improve your draft.
Now that you have completed the majority of your research, as the president of the institution, you need to disseminate this information to the faculty, staff, and students. Communication is the key, especially when you are introducing changes to the stakeholders. Before you invite everyone to listen to your speech, you want to call upon your team to serve as a sounding board for your planned speech.

Outline a draft of your speech in about 550 words and respond to the following questions:
What is your plan for bringing about the transformational change you envision?
Why do you believe this approach will be successful?
What do you expect from the community?
What do you expect from yourself in this change process-what leadership role will you take?
