Problem: John presents for a psychiatric evaluation. He recently moved to the area and is seeking a new mental health provider. John tells you that he is currently treated for Bipolar disorder. John is currently prescribed Lithium 600mg BID, Prozac 40mg, and trazodone 100mg. He reports difficulty sleeping since the move and reports he was able to clean and unpack his new place in one night. When you ask him about medication compliance, he says he is taking his medications "sometimes."
