Topic 1: HIV Positive
You are counseling a person who is HIV positive. You know he or she is sexually active and having unprotected sex. What if you also know the person's spouse or partner? What is your obligation to break confidentiality? What would your duty to warn entail and what would your duty to protect entail? How would you address this?
