Hospitals today are facing many challenges. One challenge is that there is a significant growth of chronic illnesses and the aging population within the healthcare system. As a facilities manager you are aware of the health care delivery challenges due to this increased growth. You have met with the hospital leadership to discuss the health care delivery challenges. What recommendations would you propose to the hospital leadership in order to improve the performance the hospital's health care delivery systems based on those challenges?
