Assignment - Core Competency
Your company's core competency is a highly significant strategic resource which differentiates your company from its competitors. It is the activity, resource, or capability that delivers the most value to your customers. Simply put, it is what your company does best. In 1-2 pages answer the following questions:
• What is your company's core competency?
• How is it unique?
• How is it valuable to customers?
• What makes it difficult to imitate?
• Is your core competency transferrable to other opportunities?
• Does your core strategy coincide with your core competency?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
