Problem
The purpose of taking classes is to learn something that helps you grow and develop as an individual and in our case as an employee, team member, supervisor, and/or leader. What is the one thing that really resonated with you during this class, and is something that you either need to continue to work on and develop to further your career, or something that was re-enforced for you that you need to do more/less of. I want you to pick that one thing as the biggest takeaway that you can commit to incorporating into your day to day work style. This is a personal narrative, please us a formal essay format, with clean writing (free of spelling, grammatical, and sentence issues!). The response should be approximately 2-3 pages in length.
In writing your narrative answer the following questions:
i. What is your biggest takeaway?
ii. Why did you pick that takeaway?
iii. How will it help you achieve the goals you have for yourself?
