To what degree do you have favorable attitudes toward professional psychotherapy? As discussed in your text, there are many negative stereotypes about therapy, and many people are reluctant to pursue therapy. This situation is unfortunate, because negative attitudes often prevent people from seeking therapy that could be beneficial to them.
