What did you learn from your interview?
Review the theories of leadership, which style do you see depicted in your interviewee's story?
Review the 7Cs of leadership. Which ones did stood out in your interviewee's story? Discuss how.
Review the diversity and emotional intelligence material. Discuss how it applies to your interviewee's story.
