In total market or undifferentiated approach, a company develops a particular marketing mix and directs that at the whole market for a single product. It is used when an organization explains the total market for exact product as its target market. As a company using the undifferentiated approach, supposes that individual customers into the target market for an exact type of products how similar requirements. Thus, the firm creates a single marketing mix which this hopes will satisfy most of such customers.
