Adverse Childhood Experiences (such as abuse or neglect; ACE) have a tremendous impact on children. Some children were impacted greatly but a few of them were able to bounce back and show resiliency. For this week's DBA, please do the following,
• Watch the YouTube video "The "life-changing" story Oprah reports this week" Oprah Winfrey's interview with 60 minutes, in which she discussed her traumatic childhood experience.
• Read the article "Oprah Reports on Childhood Trauma with Dr. Bruce Perry" by Amanda Merck that Oprah Winfrey reports on childhood trauma with Dr. Bruce Prry.

b) What have you learned from Oprah's story?
