What is the target market and what does the company do in their social media to engage its target market? How does the company position itself or the product it sells'? How does it differentiate itself from competition? What tools that the organization use? Is their positioning strategy consistent across tools and platforms they use? Provide brief description of each activity (general facebook activity, not every post) What is it that makes them successful and what do you think they are doing wrong. What do you suggest they introduce to their program? Who is their competition? Again, be specific on every level. Do not make me guess what you are talking about. As you write, make sure you mention what exactly you are talking about. For example, if you are speaking about their weaknesses, mention that in your submission.

I do not want statements such as: Target audience is everyone interested in the product the company offers. I would like to see age group and gender if applicable. Do you think the audience is married and educated or perhaps education does not play the role?
