Let us create a section for our report entitled Corporate Governance. (This will be your heading). Be completely objective! Using the RIPE formulation through the creation of one visual (e.g., flowchart), answer the following questions:
- What is the structure of your corporation's Board of Directors by committee?
- What do these committees do? (If other than exec, audit, comp, and nominating)
- Who is on the Board of Directors? Who is the chmn of the board?
- How many are independent directors?
- What are the Corporate Governance Risk Indicators (GRI)?
- What percentage of the corporation is owned by insiders (total %)?
- How much is the Chairman paid?
- How much are the directors paid?
