What is the strain when the load is applied

A cylindrical specimen of an aluminum alloy, has a Young's' Modulus of 59GPa, original length of 250mm, length at fracture of 254mm and a 0.2% yield stress of 287MPa. The specimen has a cross-sectional diameter of 15.2mm. If a load of 56KN is applied to it,
a) Will the specimen experience elastic or plastic deformation?
b) What is the strain when the load is applied?
c) What will be the length of the specimen after the load is removed? d) The specimen was reloaded until fracture. If the % reduction in area after fracture was 40%, what is the minimum diameter of the specimen at fracture?
