What is the stoichiometry of the reaction

X-178 is a new drug developed by Pfizer that strongly inhibits theenzyme that causes migraines by binding to it with picomolar affinity. In a titrationcalorimeter you add a 0.2mM solution of X-178, in 10 microliter steps, to 1ml of enzyme. Thefirst 5 additions give off a total of 50 microcalories of heat. After that, no more heat is producedby adding more of the drug. What is the stoichiometry of the reaction? (how many drug moleculesbind to each enzyme molecule?) The concentration of the protein is 5μM(micromolar). What is the ΔH for this reaction in kcal/mole?
