To complement your past and present analysis of the Problem, this interviews should focus on the Problem, with the interviewees being prospective or current customers. The Problem chapter of the business plan should reflect an understanding of:
1) The existing ecosystem;
2) The current competitors who have significant market share;
3) The gaps in the market that are not being addressed; and
4) The target market being considered.

1) What is the specific problem you are trying to address? Why is it a problem?
2) Do people in the target industry care about this problem?
3) Why do people care about this problem - does it cost money/time? Are they missing ways to make money?
4) What are people doing about this problem now? Are customers spending money on this problem now?
5) Has anyone else identified this as a problem? Are there competitive solutions to address this problem?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
