Calculations and Graphing: For each of the three previous procedures calculate the resistance from the measured current and voltage: R = V/I. Remember that the units have to be volts, amperes, and ohms; i.e. if you recorded your current in mA, you must convert to A (divide by 1000) for the results to be in ohms.
Use an xy scatter graph to graph voltage on the y-axis versus current on the x-axis.
Use the linear fit trendline function of Excel® to add the slope of the line to the graph.
