What is the service delivery system and why is it important in providing excellent customer service? Select two facilities within your home state and describe the three service delivery processes (planning, implementation, and measurement). Each facility's website should reflect measurement information as a community quality report, outcomes performance data, or a similar term. For each facility, summarize the differences between the measurement information available on your two selected facilities.
