Innovation Question - What is the role of innovation in marketing? Why is it important to a marketer? To a consumer? Give us an example from your own experience as a shopper.

Marketing Research Question - What is your opinion about marketing research, or research in general. Are focus groups, surveys, etc. dependable as a way of testing consumers' ideas about a new product? What's been your experience, if any?
