Explore Wal-Mart issues or problems facing the industry. Review Walmart website, social media sites, blogs, industry and trade sources, and other sources. Provide an organizational summary to include the history, mission/vision statements, core values, structure, products or services, customer or client base, areas of operation or distribution, main competition, yearly profits or revenue, number of employees, locations, etc.

G. What are the potential barriers, obstacles, and challenges to following the recommendations?
H. What are the risks, costs, and possible unintended consequences or resistance of following your recommendations?
I. Conclusion (concluding remarks)
J. References - minimum of five sources (including the textbook).
