What is the quality of the steam at the top of the pipe


Many years ago, well-known architect Frank Lloyd Wright  designed a mile-high skyscraper, which has never been built.  Suppose that in such a building, steam for the heating system  enters a pipe at ground level as saturated vapor at 200 kPa. On the top floor of the building, the pressure in the pipe is 100 kPa,  and the heat transfer from the steam as it flows up the pipe is 19  J/kg-m. What is the quality of the steam at the top of the pipe?
