1. Would Metformin be your initial pharmacological agent for PCOS for women who want to conceieve? If not, how would this differ? Have you seen any examples of this in clinic?
2. Something to consider is the reporting STD communicable infections. What is the protocol here? Is this something you should report? If so, where should you report this?
