This is my final year project, its title is: Prevalence and antimicrobial resistance profiling of bacteria isolated from fish feed products. In this project, I will try to isolate gram-negative microorganisms, and I need to provide a resuscitation step, but I couldn't find information about the procedure for that.
My question is:
What is the protocol for the resuscitation step, and what media are used for that, what is the incubation time and temperature?
