Write a ~400 word case analysis that includes the following sections: Case Summary (75-100 words), Issues, Alternatives, and Actions (200-250 words), and Personal Takeaways (75-100 words). The issues and actions should come from your analysis and understanding of the facts in the case: What is the problem faced by the manager? What are the possible solutions? Which solution is the best - what should be done - and why? The personal takeaways section could include your reactions to the industry analysis, personal insights, etc.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
