Homework: Curriculum Development
For this homework, refer to "Writing Activity Plans" and the state standards for your state. Read the activity plan that was created, taking note of each element included.
• In a one-page response, answer the "Constructed-response question" Parts "a" and "b" below the activity.
• Then, using the activity format, create your own activity plan focusing on one of the standards from the state standards you accessed. You may choose any age level to focus on, ages 3-8. This should be one page in length. Make certain that you add the state standard you are focusing on in the activity plan.
• Finally, write a two-page response answering the question: What is the primary purpose of your plan and how does each element of your activity plan relate to the purpose?
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, and typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
• The response also includes a cover page containing the student's name, the title of the homework, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
• Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
