Part 1 - Business Profile - Founders, Mission, Target Audience, Industry, Changes in the last 10 years.
Part 2 - Business Structure - Tall, flat, inverted structure. You can provide a diagram of the structure if you have it
Part 3 - Human Resources - What are the major services and benefits provided to its employee through HR
Part 4 - Business Marketing Strategies and Product Development; Environmental Impact
Part 5 - Financial Analysis - What is the present financial standing of the company; if it is a publicly traded company, what exchange does it appear on and current stock status
Paper format - Separate Title and Reference page; paper is double-spaced, 12 pt font, page numbers, in-text referencing using APA style. At least 5 references - 4 from the library source online or at the library (books, journals, etc.) and 1 from the open Internet (websites through Google searches). Use Purdue Owl as a reference for using APA style. DO NOT use Wikipedia.
Business Paper Presentation
The students will prepare a 5 - 7 minute overview of the business they selected and present it to the class on the schedule day and time. Use a Power Point or Prezi to highlight your information.
You can have as many slides as it takes to present your information in 5 minutes. Please dress appropriately for making a presentation - no athletic wear. Practice your presentation at least 3 times to ensure it is no longer than 5 minutes.
