I really don't understand how to write in PICOT question appropriately. Here's what I have came up with but it seems my instructor doesn't think it is correct. any help would be greatly appreciated. I am having a really hard time coming up with he time frame. is this something I just make up?

In nursing home patients (P), what effect does personal alarm use (I) have on decreasing patient fall risk(O)?
Define each element of the question below:
P- (Patient, population, or problem): nursing home, elderly population
I- (Intervention): Removing personal alarms
C- (Comparison with other treatment/current practice): does having personal alarms prevent falls?
O- (Desired outcome): increasing dignity and mobility
T- (Time Frame): estimated at a 6 month
