Have you ever observed office politics? Describe the event in detail. (Do not use real names.) Were there any logical fallacies involved, such as personal attacks or the bandwagon fallacy? (You may pick any logical fallacies to discuss.) In your response, share at least one strategy or practice for dealing with office politics.
Topic 2: Ethical Organization
Utilizing the resources provided in this unit, your own experiences, and trusted internet sources, consider an example of an ethical organization and answer the following questions:
1. What is the nature of the organization?
2. What activity or practice leads you to consider that organization ethical?
3. What ethical theory or principle did you apply to determine if it was ethical?
Be sure to include the source of your information and focus on current organizations rather than past cases.
Topic 3: Groups and Teams
Explain how groups and teams are a part of your personal and professional life. Discuss a time when you worked as a team member to achieve a goal that affected an organization.
