Blood pressure is 149/92 mm hg and fasting blood glucose is 110 mg/dl ( 6.2 mml). The patient is slightly anemic and their serum creatinine level is slightly elevated. All other laboratory tests are physical examination findings are within normal limits. What is the most likely diagonis? A- acute renal failure, B- Heart failure, C- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, D- renal insufficency
