The Harvard case is on Ferrari: The 2015 Initial Public offering.
Answer the following four questions. Focus on firm valuation and stock valuation (not WACC).

B. What is the most critical question of the case? - must be about firm and stock valuation (not WACC)
C. Write down five important finance-related questions (relevant to the case) in addition to the above that shareholders or bondholders want to know. Explanations are optional.
