For this homework, you will write an essay from the perspective of of CEO of a small company who is thinking about financial strategic planning for the firm.
Instructions
• Review the required reading.
• Next, imagine yourself as the CEO of a small company who is preparing to write a strategic plan. As part of the preparation, you ask yourself the following questions about the strategic planning process:
o What is the most critical part of the process?
o Which is more important, the mission statement, or the organizational framework in which the mission statement exists?
• Now, again assuming the CEO's perspective, compose a 750 to 1000 words essay that formally answers those two questions.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
