What is the mass of one of the two equal masses when both

An apparatus similar to the one used in this experiment is used to run the same experiment. Two equal masses are placed at different radii and Kaleidagraph is used to make a plot of I vs. r2. The equation of the best fit line is found to be:
I = 0.342 x r2 + 8.97.
r is measured in meters and I is measured in kg*m2.

What is the mass of one of the two equal masses?

When both of the masses are placed at r=0, what is the moment of inertia of the apparatus (including the two masses)?
