Visit the web sites of three companies with which you are familiar. Large, international corporations such as Nike, Microsoft, BP, and Samsung are typical choices. Find the mission statement of each company, and compare them. Discuss the following:
1. What is the main focus of the mission statement? How is the mission shaped by the primary industry in which the organization participates?
2. Which of the three mission statements most closely represents the actions of the corporations you have researched? Support your response with additional researched information.
3. Based on your research, which of the organizations would you choose as a prospective employer? Why?
