Reflective Assignment: My Leadership Statement
Write a statement explaining how you lead yourself today. Discuss what you have learned about yourself in Module 2 of our course. This self-reflection provides the baseline for your future leadership style both personally and in the workplace. Please refer to concepts online and the discussion we had as a class. This is meant to get you to thinking about what leadership is to you now, and where you may want to improve
Step I: Complete the self-assessment worksheet as you go through Module 2. Use this sheet to collect the scores and reflections. This is part of the assignment and is to be handed in with your document.
Step II: Write your statement integrating four leadership examples from your life with course concepts and assessments.
Within each example, apply one course concepts and discuss it as it pertains with your current experience. How might you improve in this area?

What is the importance of emotional intelligence? What have you learned about your own EI?
What do you value most in leaders you choose to follow? Share what your values are.
