What is the genotype of the male and of the female

Problem

In mice, the wild-type coat color (Agouti) is dominant to solid-colored fur (aaaa). The C locus, however, is epistatic over the A locus and determines if the coat has pigment at all (cccc = albino). AA_CC_ Agouti aaaaaa_ Solid-color _ _cccc Albino Note that the underline (_) implies the specific allele at the locus is unknown. Let's also consider a recessive mutation identified at UNL that causes juvenile cataracts in mice. At this locus, ???? denotes the dominant allele resulting in normal sight.

1. You breed a solid-colored male with cataracts to an albino female with normal vision and have three subsequent litters. Of the mice born, 14 were solid-colored and 8 were albino. Nine of the babies also developed cataracts. Assuming all possible phenotypes were observed in the offspring, what is the genotype of the male, and of the female to which he was bred?

2. The female from the above question is then mated to an agouti male with normal vision. You were told that this male had one parent that was albino with normal vision and the other was solid-colored with cataracts. What phenotypic ratios (color and sight) would you anticipate in any litter resulting from a cross between these two mice?
