What is the gauge pressure at the top of the lead block

A plastic ball with internal diameter of 1.00 m is filled with air. The ball is attached to a uniform steel cable that has a radius of 1.00 cm and 10.0 m long. A) What mass of lead weight must be attached to the bottom of the cable to have the ball exactly half submerged when thrown into a fresh water lake? B) What is the gauge pressure at the top of the lead block? Assume that the weight of the ball is negligible and that the lake is deep enough that it does not hit the bottom.

The densities of air, steel and lead are 1.20, 7800 and 11300 kg/m3 respectively.
