The Federal Register contained the following provision from the Environmental Protection Agency on January 14, 2002: We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), announce the re-opening of the comment period on the proposed listing of Lomatium cookii (Cook’s lomatium) and Limnanthes floccosa ssp. grandiflora (large- flowered wooly meadowfoam) as endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act).
