What is the etiology of bacterial conjunctivitis. Is it Haemophilus influenza, Streptococcus pneumonia, and S. aureus or just Haemophilus influenza. I seem to be confused if all three of these pathogens are used in a generalized term for conjuctivits and just Haemophilus influenza is the bacteria that causes bacterial conjuctivitis.
