What is the enthalpy of reaction per mole of oxygen bound

An aqueous solution of unoxygenated hemoglobin containing 5g of protein (M=64000g/mol) in 100cm3 of solution is placed in an insulated vessel. When enough molecular oxygen is added to saturate the solution of hemoglobin the temperature rises 0.031C. Each mole of hemoglobin binds to 4 moles of oxygen. What is the enthalpy of reaction per mole of oxygen bound? The heat capacity of the solution may be assumed to be 4.18J/k cm3
