• Based on this week's reading, determine five leadership characteristics of effective public leadership and ascribe them to the two styles of leadership discussed. What is the difference in the application of the one or more characteristics applied to two different styles of leadership? Provide a rationale for how these leadership characteristics support this leadership style.
