Task
Prepare a 4 pages report on leadership. This can be an interview with someone in the organization that you are working for or a report on the types of leaders you have been exposed to in your internship or in previous and/or current work experience. Your report should include:
1) What does leadership mean to you?
2) What are the characteristics of a good leader?
3) What is the difference between a leader and a manager?
4) What types of leaders have you been exposed to?
5) What have some of the leaders you have worked for done that impressed you the most?
6) What leadership traits do you want to develop for yourself?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
